>When ever I take a benzo, I am down the next day. If you have insomnia or hypersomnia I strongly believe is using H1 + 5-HT2A blockers for sleep. AD's which have these are Remeron & most of the TCA's. This is also a feature of the old AP's & some of the atypical AP's like Zyperxa & Seroquel. Since taking Remeron, my sleep time has reduced to a more sensible 8 - 9 hours & onset time is no more than 5 minutes, my sleep is also very restful & my dreams are vivid, but nice.
