>you might want ti avoid all cheeses though some say only aged is bad. I might start marplan and will avoid all cheeses. Watch out for aged meat. like sausage, bacon, ham hot dogs,...only fresh meat...also avoid chocolate...some eat some chocolate but you might be safe and not eat it..not to much coffee
