basically what jade said. also, shrimp paste, oyster sauce, fish sauce. These would mostly be found in something like a thai curry.

Soy lecithin is not a problem. it is that soy is a commonly fermented product and results in soy sauce or similar items. its not the soy itself. of course actual (not processed) soy has some hormonal effects, which i'm not too up on, they seem to be negative for men, and i don't know if they are good or bad for women.
