I am happy to have returned to the gym for two workouts this past week. I have the motivation to perform resistance exercises, which are anaerobic. I can handle the sort of energy expenditure necessary to get through a workout. One can progress through the exercises at his own pace and allow for recovery of energy in between them. If I get to feel better and better, I will see if other types of exercise attract me.
