30 min moderate to high intensity running or swimming. Yoga too seems tailored to depression, but can sometimes make it worse due to it's intimate nature.
Overdoing exercise though can make things worse for me.
Right now I have severe depression and health problems making a exercise routine difficult to impossible. In the past though it helped me very much.
