I have realised lately that I am crashing after exercise. About 15 minutes after a workout I become very irritable, angry, moody, depressed and suffer insomnia. The mood continues 1 -2 days after. Currently on no meds. I found the below link. There are hundreds of posts there. This goes against what we have been told for years that exercise helps mood. Any one care to comment as to the reason so many are experiencing "Post exercise depression"
