> Is your sex life good? Awkward question I know but sex and having a good healthy libido can help a lot of things.Not on any meds at the moment suffer from Dysthemia/Atypical. Sex life is so so.. Diet is fine. I find i am getting the crashes after heavy weights rather than cardio. Had a session friday and Saturday I was ready to kill someone, so irritable. Still experimenting thanks for replys..
