Back and read quite a few of the threads on the link. Seems like many feel it's blood sugar related. For me always wired for short time later than relax for a while and build up reserves. Other thing is I've always wanted to excercise in the am and my body says evening and outside. Age has decreased my ability to do what I loved and that was running and as long as I ran three or four times a week and only a couple miles was great. Now it's bike riding and definitely not the same and I now feel tired. When younger I could teach an aerobic classes, run at noon and then choreograph new routines in the evening so for me age plays a big part. Phillipa
