I had been taking 2-3 capsules of Omegabrite a day even if I ate salmon that day for about a month. Last Monday after a big salad for lunch which included salmon I took 1 capsule. A few hours later I became suddenly quite ill. We all thought it was food poisoning and that the bagged pre-washed lettuce was the culprit.
I slowly got better until very late last night when after a dinner of salmon (fresh), rice, and broccoli and two Omegabrite capsules I became ill again.
I have never had a problem eating salmon and I don't think it was bad fish. I am the only one getting sick--I was the only one to eat that particular bagged lettuce.
I can't eat anything right now. Do you think it is food poisioning, the Omegabrite, or a new food allergy?
I don't think there is anything wrong with the Omegabrite. It is a good product. Maybe my reaction to it? But still that seems strange.
