Yes, it was the total effects of bhringraj , not just the hair that had me interested.
I know nothing about ayurvedic medicine though.
I guess I never bothered much as I used to think herbs were dependant a lot on your genetic makeup for how they worked..and I figured I'd probably be sufficiently different from those where Ayurvedic medicine has traditionally been practised for them probably not to work with me.
I haven't even any idea where I'd purchase it :)
But it does sound worth trying.
