Here's a US source for the oil ($14.00 for 4ozs). I found lots of sources in India but I'm a little leery about ordering from India (had a bad experience - payment and shipping were a hassle. But I have ordered from this site in New Mexico before and find them reputable:

Some put Bhringraj oil on their feet. They also sell it in powder tea form in combination with other herbs. It seems to be one of the main ingredients in their "Guru" and "Kundalini" teas.
