here's the recipe I used:
Preloaded with fatty lamb roast ate the fattiest bits I could last night + 500mg GLA from Evening Primrose Oil + Calcium 500mg
Tonight: Fatty chicken meal + 500 mg GLA + 500mg Calcium + two tablespoons lecithin high quality granules in milk.
That's it!
