L-tryptophan and Cymbalta?

I just discovered that L-tryptophan and St John's Wort are on Cymbalta's drug interaction list.
Does anyone know why these two would pose a problem while taking cymbalta?
Sadly, I just ordered a truckload of both St John's Wort and L-tryptophan from iherb.com - right after I filled the cymbalta prescription.
