I don't know about Canada, but I had a hard time finding DBT here in a big city in the US. What I found was a social worker who trained in DBT and I work with her individually. She doesn't advertise herself as a DBT person, I just had to make a lot of phone calls to find her. Maybe you can find someone like that in Ottawa?
