I have therapy with my pdoc. My pdoc knows about DBT. I'm not sure if she is trained in it, but she said she has heard Marsha Linehan speak.

I've seen her for about 7 years now and she has helped me a lot. I think I will stick with her.

I was hoping of finding some supplementary DBT, but that won't be happening.
