actually, cursing after a bad event, or hurting yourself [psychical fall] it provides pain relief. I read this, some in new age books that it releases through a chakra. So emotional or mental, it can provide pain relief, but personally screaming damages vocal cords, and it seen as a bit crazy, and manic
