when im mad at someone i just curse, not at them, but i think about what they did, sometimes profanity relieaves pain, even after, say you broke your finder or something, you either say f-ck or g-danm (forgive me) and it actually relieves pain.

Anyways im not promoting but i do realize using profanity relieves pain, even in small situation
