i didnt mean that as an insult, it just came to my mind, that when i've gotten into yelling fights, my vocal cords were sore.

That was no way, in a way saying condtriction parody, of screaming.

Yes you are correct all those things have damages, the reason i posted, i rerember reading that cursing releases pain. But anyways, sometimes i don't post entirely the awenser in the a good format
