Yes, I know. Acetaminophen is especially dangerous in overdose. That is why I decided to overdose on ASA instead of acetaminophen when I was desperate to get a defferal for my midterms. I know I still would have survived without getting the sodium bicarbonate. To be serious about dying, I may have to forgo the overdose route.
