I've gone back to my weekly yoga practice - a stress buster class; and each night I do a mindfulness exercise as part of my getting-ready-to-go-to-sleep ritual.

Thanks so much! I just got switched to Valium 5mg 2x a day. I have been wanting to go back to do Yoga---you do it once a week? Is it beneficial to do it more do you think, or should I start out once a week? I loved it in rehab last year, gawd it made me so calm! It helped me become in tune with my body too. Please---please could you tell me what your mindfulness exercise is? DBT was suggested to me, but I can't afford it, and mindfulness was suggested as well, but I have found no resources to start practicing it. I need a before-bed-time ritual, because I am under a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety, my living environment is super toxic. I sniff the lavender from a jar I bought at the store-instant feel good. I need to find some CD's to listen to before sleep. I really need to start practicing all this, I am really suffering and am quite concerned if I don't get my act together, I will become even more ill.
Anyway, thank you again.
