Here are two CD's that I'm currently using for guided imagery and meditation practice:
"Combat Depression" - from Healthjourneys, (sorry, but that one didn't link to Amazon) and
I've also tried some Deepak Chopra, but didn't find his voice all that soothing. Sometimes I'll check iTunes for downloadable podcasts to try too. Just keep looking and try everything that you find until you resonate with something - it really has been hit or miss with me. And also I like to switch out recordings that I listen to, to prevent my mind from skipping ahead on the bits that it no longer wants to listen to!
As to the yoga practice, once a week is about all I can manage at the moment, but I think I would benefit from going twice a week even more. A little bit of yoga is better than none at all! And then again, it took me a while to find a studio and teacher I was comfortable with - it's of no benefit to go to a studio that's dirty or study with a teacher whose command of the English language is so poor that I can't understand the instructions (as was my experience at one place). That created its own anxiety! But I'm really glad I stuck with the pursuit and am now in a great practice with a wonderful teacher. Luckily it's easy enough to drop into classes as you wish to try them out.
