The real therapeutic dose probably ranges from 40-80mg (divided in 2 doses), I Find 50-60mg works for me, although many take between 80-100mg.
I also take between .5mg and 1.5mg of Klonopin, a high potency, B-complex Vitamin, and a Multi amino acid supplement (GNC Pro Performance® 100% Whey Protein)
In MY experience, moderate amounts of any alcohol are fine.
