I should exercise more. I haven't really been exercising.
I don't feel hungry eating 1100 kcal a day. I'm not sure I need to eat more. Maybe if I take vitamins it will be OK?
When people are trying to lose weight, they usually eat 8X to 10X calories their weight. I weigh 112 lbs, so I should eat 1120 kcal/day. 8x would be too low for me.
No, I haven't consulted a doctor because I think my way of eating is pretty safe. My pdoc told me not to diet, but she doesn't realize how overweight I am. Plus she's a pdoc, not a GP.
