She only sees me with clothes on, she doesn't see all the fat I have. I see a LOT of fat on my body.

Actually I don't. My doc retired.

I'm at the top end if you consider healthy Asian BMI's which is 18.5-23. Right now I'm 108.8 lbs. (Woohoo! I got below 110! But I think it's mostly water weight.) My BMI is 22. I'm aiming for 19.
