I have no idea if this is true, but it is something I read. Personally, now 2 months into coming off Lexapro and Zyprexa I find that exercise is the only thing that keeps me from actually feeling phsically sick. These drugs really screw up the central nervous system and maybe really having a tough workout is a little too much for you right now. Maybe slowing it down and taking some walks or softer exercise might help. All the best
