what up homie, I hear you. Ive felt the same way many times. I too do not feel generally depressed, but apathetic and crappy mood, but not depression. Exercise would bring on a cold and empty feeling, i hated it. But keep one thing in mind, it takes about six weeks for any REAL physiological changes to take place, so if you just started (did you?), maybe that could be it. Also, finding the right program for yourself it very important. oh yeah, my head would hurt too, like my brain could not handle the increased activity, like it was way too much. But now, i definetly get a benefit. I really hope that you can find somthing that works. Good luck
